Description

We now welcome new colleagues to us during the summer months for work in summer positions. You need to be able to work day/evening on weekdays and weekends.

We are looking for someone who can be employed on an hourly basis with a high degree of availability and flexibility.

In Home Care, you will help/support individuals in their own homes.

In special housing, you will help/support individuals in their apartments located in special housing.

Job Responsibilities

In the work within elderly care, one needs to focus on the individual person and their ability to participate in their personal care and social content. This may involve assistance and support with hygiene tasks such as toilet visits and showers. You will also perform cleaning/laundry but also engage in social activities such as conversations and walks.

When you work in elderly care, you will work with basic care and support based on a respectful and communicative approach, with an emphasis on dignity and well-being for the person you are helping.

You should be able to take on delegated healthcare tasks such as medication administration.

Qualifications

You must be at least 18 years old. You can express yourself in Swedish both orally and in writing. You must be able to understand instructions in both spoken and written form.

We welcome applicants who are trained or currently studying to become a nursing assistant, nurse, or caregiver, preferably with experience in care and support.

You should have the ability to perform approved interventions with commitment and a good professional attitude. We wish for you to be responsible and have good social and communicative skills.

The assignment requires you to be proactive and attentive to individuals' wishes, reliable, and have a natural respect for personal integrity. You should be able to work both in a team and independently. Personal suitability is highly valued.

If you wish to work in home care, you need to have a driver's license or, in some cases, the ability to cycle.

Conditions

Requirement: B driver's license for work in Home Care. Placement will be based on need.

Additional Information

We will primarily invite those who have education and experience in Care and Support and can work during the summer of 2026.

The application will include a number of questions to answer; if you proceed to the next step, you will receive an invitation for an interview. Interviews are expected to take place continuously during the winter/spring of 2026.

About the Position

Are You the One We Are Looking For?

You must be at least 18 years old. You can express yourself in Swedish both orally and in writing. You must be able to understand instructions in both spoken and written form. A driver's license is required to work in home care.

It is advantageous to have education in care and support.

It is advantageous to have worked in care and support in previous jobs.

Experience in reading and writing in journals, e.g., LifeCare or equivalent, is also advantageous.
